Shipping time
Once you've paid for an order, it is usually shipped out within 2 to 3 business days. The actual number of days it will take for the order to arrive at your address will be determined by your chosen shipping method. Please contact us directly if your order is time-sensitive and make sure to choose the fastest shipping method upon checkout.
Shipping cost
We ship all orders via SF Express or Hong Kong Post.
For international orders, our online store cannot automatically generate the correct shipping cost. Therefore, once we receive your order, we will first pack it, obtain the best quotation from our couriers, then confirm the shipping cost with you over email. We will not charge your credit card until we have confirmed the final amount with you.
